Job description
As Financial Controller for the Global Freight Forwarding Line of Business you will report to and closely work with the senior finance controller and assist him on the various tasks of the department.
You will analysis IT cost for Head office and Consolidate cost for 67 affiliates.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and deliver monthly financial and analytical reports to the Board with the information they need to manage and monitor performance at the Line of Business, country and project level
- Close collaboration with the CIO and his team in planning, developing and monitoring the IT operating and budgets
- Provide the CIO and his team with analytics related to financial performance against plan and provides advice to improve financial results
- Appropriately validate the completeness and accuracy of data used in dashboards and reports
- Help prepare and support any business cases and cost saving efforts
- Provide Activity Based Costing of applications
Applicant's profile
Graduate with a Master's Degree specialized in Finance with a first successful 2 years working experience in audit and/or within a financial control department. You should demonstrate an ability to synthesize financial and operating data into clear, easily understandable reports as well as effectively communicating information, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience. You interested in Information Technologies enjoys working with numbers and data. You bring a strong attention to details.
Fluent English and advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point) are requested. You are able to build strong collaborative relationships across all levels of Finance and the wider operational business.
A prior experience working with IT department will be a plus.
