Job description

Organise project logistics and railfreight shipments (pricing, booking, reporting)
Resolve issues arising before and during the transportation of the goods
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the completion of transportation project following the agreed terms between the customer and GEODIS
Handle unexpected situations during a service delivery execution or following a modification from the client
Communicate information relating to the logistics of goods (storage, transport, etc.) to customers and the various stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction, manage delivery issues
Establish and control pre-billing elements
