Job description

• CUSTOMER-FOCUSED PROCESSES: Developing and/or implementing operational tools and procedures in pharmalogistics
o Acting as the primary point of contact for all pharmalogistics-related inquiries and issues within the Europe Region,
o Supporting the qualification of customers and suppliers, as well as the approval process for suppliers providing GxP*-related activities,
o Providing technical support on temperature management solutions,
o Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks,
o Overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and safety of pharmaceutical products during storage and transportation
o Supporting Recall operations for pharmaceutical products and Transportation Lane validations
o Ensuring full alignment with the pharma processes stemming from the related GEODIS lines of business to warrant full network integrity to our customers
• CERTIFICATIONS: Ensuring compliance with the GxP* standards across all supply chain operations in the Europe Region, within the framework of the Europe Region ISO-compliant Integrated Management System:
o Leading and supporting efforts at regional & country level to obtain and renew the GxP* certifications for all relevant facilities and operations in sync with the related GEODIS Lines of Business
o Wherever relevant, supporting efforts at country level to obtain and renew specific certifications such as CEIV, ISO 13485 and/or country-wide WDA licences
o Engaging and liaising with certifying bodies and regulatory agencies to ensure all documentation and procedures meet the required standards,
o Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance,
• PEOPLE: Functionally managing a team of more than 10 country pharmalogistics responsibles over the Europe Region
o Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across teams
o Developing and delivering training programs to educate staff on GxP* and best practices, in line with the related GEODIS Lines of Business
o Ensuring that country pharmalogistics managers are qualified to act as the local country GDP responsible person and as the country Qualified Person (for GMP)
o Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and understanding of pharma logistics requirements,
o Tracking performance through relevant pharma KPIs,
o Ensuring timely and efficient management of CAPAs.

Applicant's profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent related to pharma logistics and/or pharmaceutical sciences,
• 5 to10 years of experience in pharma logistics,
• Licensed GDP Responsible Person and possibly Qualified Person (GMP)
• Strong knowledge of GDP and GMP and possibly on specific standards such as ISO 13485 and CEIV standards or country-wide WDA licencing,
• Proven track record of successful certification maintenance and compliance management,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
