Job description

Purpose of the role:
Main tasks are external and internal communication – preparation with a roadmap.

Required Knowledge & Experience:
Several years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in logistics.

Mandatory technical skills:
• Fluent in local language and English (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of communication tools (like e-marketeer or pardot) and channels
• Understanding of commercial background
• Knowledge of the different service offers, customers ask for

Applicant's profile

Scope of duties
• Internal communication like Newsletters and Flashnews (i.e on special wins, events, activities etc)
• External communication for press and social media
• Roadmap creation and follow up
• Create content and update information on MyGEODIS Intranet, SharePoint and Homepage
• Guidance and support on presentations materials
• Supporting global, regional, and local campaigns (preparation, translation, submission and analysis)
• Support for giveaways, marketing materials and CI conform signage in all sites
• Supporting external and internal events
