Beschreibung der Aufgabe

-Provide technical support for the acquisition and implementation of new customer business
-Understand customer requirements and translate them into digital processes for our software solutions
-Coordinate development requests with international development teams
-Support and training of key users
-Administration of various systems and applications
-2nd level support for our applications
-Testing of new releases in the test environment
-Process optimization and project work

Profil

-Completed logistics or IT education with relevant experience in the support of TMS and/or WMS applications
-Understanding of logistics desirable
-Knowledge of SAP s4hana eWM desirable
-Independent, self-reliant and flexible way of working
-Profound knowledge of English (written & spoken)
