Regional IT Lead - Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Job description

- Oversee the deployment of Contract Logistcs (CL) related applications in new sites and countries
- Participate in setting the global WMS strategy
- Secure that the right solutions for the future are developed
- Co-Drive the CL Council in the GEODIS Europe region
- Oversee our process and support model across the region
- Help prepare and support any business cases and cost saving efforts
- Provide activity-based costing of applications
- Close collaboration with the CIO, Financial Controlling, and the entities within the region in planning, developing and monitoring the IT operating and budgets
- Be the sparring partner for the countries when establishing new sites
- To provide solid, reliable, and accurate analytical financial information regarding the IT budget and spending for customers and sites
- Be the knowledge center for WMS systems in region
- Lead the SAP Solution Center

Applicant's profile

- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or Logistics
- Proven experience in team leading for +3 years.
- Extensive knowledge of logistical processes
- Experience with Contract Logistics
- You are a strong communicator with strategic and innovative way of thinking
- Motivated by execution and customer oriented
- Fexible and independent way of working
- Fluent in English
- German and French language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management is a plus
