Job description

• Receive and analyze customer requirements through emails, phone calls and meetings
• Understand customer needs, analyze and communicate their requirements
• Coordinate requirements and follow up with the warehouse, management and the client until its closing.
• Maintain and save all files according to established processes
• Validation of invoices for operational services
• Attend face-to-face meetings with the client
• Search and validation of CII Initiatives and process optimisation
•Elaboration and follow-up of CMR's with the Client.
•Preparation of topics and attending to visits to the warehouses
