Job description

• Independent control and processing of air freight shipments from A to Z
• You act as a contact person and central link between our customers, our worldwide network and all business partners involved in transport
• Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvement in one's own sphere of activity
• Negotiations with service providers
• Billing of air freight shipments with full cost control and results overview

Applicant's profile

• Completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent work and high level of commitment
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and team player
• Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
