Job description

Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input, resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Coordinates closely with internal and external customers to identify needs and be the go to person for new project.
Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope, objectives, budget and schedule.
Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans, manage day to day project execution.
Communicate project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of project issues.
Using project management tools to monitor each stage of a new project is implemented on time, resolve any difficulties by liaison with various parties.
Manages the successful completion of all assigned projects, monitors completed projects to ensure the projects expected results are achieved.
Support APAC PTP OTC Manager and act as back up.
Other tasks assigned by management team

Applicant's profile

At least 5 years of experience in Logistics related industry, 2 years in project management position
Recognized professional international logistics and freight industry. Market from Asia pacific to NA and EMEA is preferred.
Good knowledge of end to end supply chain and lead with total value chain in mind.
Good working methods securing excellent quality in flow process.
Good at time management and tasks management
Ability to develop and deliver good presentations
Ability to persuade and influence others
PMP required
