Job description

• Control work under Customs House Rule
• Manage all daily activities of Customs Clearance operation to meet KPIs & objective.
• Monitor daily works to smoothen operations process, optimize and ensure satisfactory end-result, covering Customs Clearance for Import/Export.
• Manage all Customs Brokerage Team to follow the Customs House Rule and ISO procedure to achieve objective target.
• Solve the Customs Clearance solution problem and back up information support with Shipping Team.
• Enhance Customs Clearance activities with Sales Team to keep customer's satisfaction.
• Regularly communicate new Customs information from Customs House to team.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange deliveries and services required efficiently and on a timely manner (Geodis Thailand, Geodis Network, Customers, Suppliers, Officials, relevant authority and etc.).
• Participate in team development program (Knowledge & Skills development of team members).

Applicant's profile

• At least 10 years experience in Customs Brokerage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
• Have Thai Customs Specialist License.
• Have knowledge in Customs Regulation, Customs Procedures and all International Trades related issues i.e. FTAs, controlled goods and etc.
• Have good knowledge of Customs EDI systems.
• Good command in English (especially for reading and writing).
• Proficiency in MS.Office (MS.word, MS.excel and MS.Powerpoint).
