 Updating of delivery dates in NG
 Arrange Port Health / Plant Inpsector and statevet release
 Saving of all documents of NG
 Checking daily vessel updates
 Sending out Portnet updates
 Sending out RCG list / report , daily.
 Releasing of documents to Brokerage division
