Consultant IT - Domaine Procurement H/F

Description de la mission

She/he will have in charge the analysis of enhancement requests and overall project management
Analysis is required to deep dive on the business requirements and to provide the best IT solution
For validated enhancement requests or projects, she/he will be in charge to follow the implementation of them from the specification to the delivery following GEODIS methodology.
She/he will not be attached to only one particular IT solution, but all those IT solutions are related to Procurement area (ie IPORTA, HYPERLEX, INFOPARC, BASWARE, COUPA…)
She/he will work closely with business partners, other stakeholders of the organization, implementation partner, both internal and external resources assigned to the project team and will define daily work with the Application Owner.
She/he will be part, when if needed, of transformation program ERP currently launched to implement COUPA worldwide.
To perform his activity, she/he will:
o Develop strong relationship with business referents to support the Application Owner to set-up a project portfolio and prioritize business requirements with Business and Application Owner
o Support the Application Owner to animate and track the progress of editors/contractors activities and check the compliance of their deliverables / outputs
o Propose and implement with partners (Support, ISSC, D&T office, ...) efficient ways of workings aligned with processes defined by D&T
o Follow the Architecture, Security, Audit, GDPR and internal policies requirements
Main responsibilities for the position
Strategy :
o Follow the IT Finance solution roadmap, ongoing evolutions on the software by the editor, to make sure that they're well aligned and integrated to our Core Model
o Propose "best practices" to automate, optimize, simplify and secure Finance business processes for the sake of business efficiency and value creation
o Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Teamwork:
o Work with subcontracting when relevant
o Promote teamwork and collaboration with the objective of providing the best services to users and customers. Provide help and advice as needed to other Geodis employees
o Work closely and back-up IT Application Owner and other Solution Expert
o Work closely with IT Level 2 Finance Support Team
Business requirements / Portfolio Management:
o Ensure the monitoring of business change requirements
o Propose prioritization of change requirements to the Application Owner
o Respect to the ALM (application life cycle management) procedures
o Prepare the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for all evolutions, (new requirements, enrichments and modifications (change requests) and assess the risk/benefit/cost of implementing new/change requirements
o Write the functional specification
o Test the evolution (integration test + E2E) and support Business during UAT phase
o Ensure the hypercare and the transfer to the Support Team
