Job description

In the SCO Corporate IT Team, the Customer Solution IT manager is responsible to lead the IT Customer Solution Design and Implementation team driving design, and implementation of the IT solution for every customer or transformation project managed within SCO LOB.
He is responsible as well of the IT solution design and costing for SCO offer, working in collaboration with Transformation and Engineering team in the RFQ management process with our customers.
He will oversee all aspects with his team of building core IT solution and delivering such solution to meet the SCO LOB tactical short-term objectives of growth as well as preparing for the long-term strategic plan and solution evolution.

Applicant's profile

He will have experience in implementing IT solution for logistics industry implying various business stakeholders (Operation / Finance / Procurement / IT / Sales) and across various geographies and able to lead and drive team on an agile and pragmatic approach to reach results. He will have knowledge of TMS, WMS, OMS, EDI/API solution that supports Supply Chain Management processes.

• Knowledge and proven working experience of at least one market OMS / TMS and customer visibility platform
• Proven working experience in international environment
• Proven management experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong knowledge of logistic operations, and proven track record of deployment of logistics transport/warehousing IT solutions
• Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic, and facts driven
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
