Customer Solutions Support & Project Coordinator (m/f/x)

Job description

• Supporting project leaders on larger key e-Solutions projects and initiatives within the region by tracking progress, adherence to timelines and ensuring project documentation such as project plans, weekly update reports, RASCI, RAID Log, etc. are created and regularly updated
• Overseeing the development of the projects and initiatives by ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards in cooperation with the project leaders
• Driving e-Booking%, IRIS usage and supplier connectivity in the region
• Collecting, analysing and presenting e-Solutions data for stakeholders and management
• Being the contact person and super-user on the TMS and advise different stakeholders on functionalities, capabilities and software integration options
• Supporting the department head in day-to-day tasks

Applicant's profile

• Completed bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field
• Ideally two years or more of professional experience in a similar position in an international group environment is considered as a plus
• Experience with coordinating and running projects; Project management certification is considered a plus
• Knowledge in EDI transformations & XML/EDIFACT is considered a plus
• Knowledge and preferably certified of CargoWise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, any other European language (Dutch, Danish, German, etc.) is considered as a plus
• Strong attention to details and analytical mindset
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
• Independent way of working and strong “Can-do attitude”
