Job description

Attend IBM requests, related to audit requests
• Validate the for definitive and temporary operations, daily import declaration (pedimentos) on time for IBM and Geodis.
• Validate all the documentation received on a daily basis for the integration of the import and export requests
• Ensure that the documents generated throughout the day comply with the current rules and regulations in matters of International Trade
• Validate all the requests received from the Customs Agent and anything that corresponds to the monthly closure, as well as generating reports of everything that was received from the vendor
• Meetings and agreements with clients and vendors to establish the operational progress
• Create and validate reports to reconcile the information vs the monthly gloss
• Apply internal audits
• Creation and delivery of reports to the Customs Agent of any missing documentation in the requests
• Receive requests from the Customs Agent
• Handle the different monthly audits for IBM and Geodis
• Continuous training in matters relating to International Trade

Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Advanced English
Advanced Excel
2+ years in Import/Export processes
