Director de Producto Aéreo (Air Freight Director) M/F

Job description

The National Air Product Director is responsible for leading the development, performance, and growth of the domestic air freight product in Mexico. This role ensures operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, service quality, and compliance with local and global standards. Reporting directly to the Freight Forwarding Director, the role works closely with commercial, operational, and regional teams to strengthen the company's position in the national air cargo market.

Applicant's profile

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in air freight logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or product management role.

In-depth knowledge of the domestic air cargo market, airline operations, tariffs, and regulatory environment in Mexico.

Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proven experience in working within multinational or cross-cultural environments, ideally within European companies
