Job description

Meeting new consumer demand requires brands to be able to orchestrate both orders and inventory, while overcoming major logistical hurdles. It is in this sense that Geodis is developping strong e-commerce solutions. By creating innovative offers, based on the power of digital, aiming to strengthen the autonomy of brands, Geodis Marketing and Communication department is looking for an E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Analyst who will have for main responsabilities to:

- Interface with the Marketing and Communication Corporate teams
- Qualify sales leads and respond to queries
- Manage and argue responses to external queries generated from webinars/events/social media/GEODIS website
- Analyse data quantitatively and use customer research and metrics to back up assumptions on our services/offer as well as identify sales opportunities
- Understand the Social media and manage its activity on the social networks
- be responsible of Analytics: CRM, queries, reporting
- be Responsible for Webinar coordination between Project team and different Corporate teams
- Assist the Marketing, Communication & Project teams on Social events organisation

Applicant's profile

+3 years experience in digital sales and/or marketing
Ability to work on a diversified / global team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resources
Proficient in business social media
Experience in Inbound Marketing
Result-driven, action oriented
Able to adapt to an agile environment
Event management
Customer feedback driven
Deep interest in Digital Marketing
An understanding of e-commerce drivers.
Act as “Voice of Customer”
Post graduate
English fluent speaking
