Job description

· Lead the EMEA IT Support Team
· Ensure business continuity, through quality and efficiency of IT operations in the Region
· Drive daily incidents and requests resolution, ensure communication to stakeholders
· Foster improvements to IT Operations support and implemented solutions
· Collaborate closely with business functions at all levels driving efficiency thru IT
· Provide clear IT Operations performance visibility enabling decision making.
· Deliver the aggregated monthly measurements (KPIs) in line with Global IT operations
· Assist Release management : organize Non-Regression Tests across the team and ensure application evolutions understanding across the EMEA organization, and related communication.
· Contribute to IT Roadmap evolution, according to business expectations and IT innovation
· Scale up knowledge across the team and the organization over the IT solutions and capabilities
· Accompany the Regional IT Ops organisation towards Devops processes implementation

Applicant's profile

Engineering or IT degree, with 10 to 15 years experience, of which 5 years in a Management role.
· Knowledge of IT Operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, NRT, UAT)
· Knowledge of DevOps (Supervision, Hypervision solutions, Ops automation)
· Knowledge of IT solutions for Supply Chain/Manufacturing or Logistics is a plus
· People oriented, Problems solving and ability to manage stressful situations
· Clear communication and Team building capabilities
· Proven capability to learn and train other users over IT business solutions
· Multi-cultural experience
· ITIL certified
