Job description

In the Finance coporate team, you are several missions:

Finance Processes and related Business Rules
- Design, formalize and implement new Finance processes
- Ensure continuous improvement of existing processes and their corresponding documentation
- Ensure all processes follow Geodis SCO standards
- Define and Develop KPIs linked to Finance processes and Reporting
- Integrate regulatory and compliance constraints into Finance processes

Finance IT systems
- Translate business processes into requirements for IT solutions
- Implement IT solutions including interfaces to internal and external systems for Finance, Controlling, and Reporting
- Document IT solutions for Finance, Controlling, and Reporting processes
- Structure, support or carry-out IT project test phases
- Manage sign-off acceptance of new releases
- Training of Key-Users and End-Users

Finance Project Management
- Structure new Finance Projects
- Lead Finance side in existing and future projects
- Challenge Project requirements, planning and documents
- Manage the relationship with all project stakeholders
- Manage worldwide harmonization initiatives
- Lead change management with internal and external stakeholders

Applicant's profile

The Finance Process and Project Lead should have the following skills:
- Corporate Finance solutions, Reporting, Finance KPIs
- Experience working with Finance IT systems
- Project Management experience, including leading change
- Understanding of P2P / O2C processes
- Understanding Logistics business in relation to invoicing and Freight Bill Audits is a plus
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working with complex data sets and analysis
- The person should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Finance Transformation projects (processes & systems) in house or as advisory services
- The person must be a naturally curious and always seeking to learn and improve
- The person must be Fluent in English, written and spoken
- The person should have experience in international or multicultural environments
- The person must have a strong appetite for IT
- The person must have an analytical mindset with fine attention to detail
