Description de la mission
Your tasks for our headquarters in Osnabrück:
As soon as possible, a HR officer (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.
Your area of responsibility:
• Advising the management and executives on all personnel-related issues
• Contact person for all employees in the commercial and industrial sectors
• Responsibility for recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, qualification measures, and employee retention
• Preparation of relevant data for payroll accounting and compliance with payment and reporting deadlines
• Entry and maintenance of employee master data including management of personnel files
• Implementation of corporate-wide HR guidelines and participation in international HR projects
• General activities of operational daily business
Profil du candidat
Your profile:
• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources
• Several years of experience in personnel work
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of common software programs and tools
• Independent and service-oriented working style
• High level of discretion
• Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
