Job description

Fokus for denne stilling er first /second level support, realisering og daglig ledelse, herunder:

• Client management, HW setup for “Thin Client “solution and workstations
• Technical application management
• Document, maintain and communicate up to date procedure manuals, covering Scandinavian & global IT activities
• Prioritizing and escalating issues based on business impact and service level agreements
• Manage network security, configuration, software and hardware documentation
• Hardware, LAN and WAN communications

Vi søger dig, der har en relevant uddannelse inden for IT, gerne på et videregående niveau. Det er en fordel, hvis du allerede har erfaring fra en lignende stilling, og samtidig er du vant til at samarbejde med mennesker på tværs af de skandinaviske lande eller globalt. Du skal kunne kommunikere på engelsk i både skrift og tale.
Det er en fordel, hvis du har teknisk erfaring med flere af nedenstående områder:

• Windows OS, Windows Server
• MS 365 Applications, Teams, SharePoint, BI mm.
• AD, DHCP
• Common LAN and WAN infrastructure and solution
• Troubleshooting connectivity problems and VPN issues
• Client Management Solution
