Job description
- Execute administrative tasks (data entry, data control, customer invoicing, reporting) with the appropriate IT tools
- Be the intermediate between his/her perimeter and the subcontractors/other Geodis entities to all invoicing/administrative matters
-analyze, design, methods and internal processes
- develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency
-implement process improvement and changes in operational methods
- implement continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles
- coordinate all actions in order to develop best practices within the community
- Participate in the preparation and/or execution phases for all quality processes and projects: audits, norms certification
- Contribute to monitor the accuracy and performance of quality system management, alert the management team in case of anomalies, incidents
- Perform the Quality indicators and analysis, provide recommendation to enhance its performance
Applicant's profile
-knowledge of maritime and aviation operations (operational background),
-experience in operational implementation of clients,
-at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
-ability to transfer knowledge,
-efficient movement in a corporate environment
-English language min. B2
-ability to quickly learn and acquire knowledge,
-high communication skills,
-resistance to stress,
