Job description

• Documents operational processes working with department heads to develop process standards, operational flow and procedures for new client implementations and sustaining operations.
• Supports the project resource on new client startups.
• Assists in making recommendations to streamline and standardize processes, to minimize complexity and training effort, and to eliminate duplication.
• Recommends areas of improvement on existing processes, systems, and workflows in current business processes.
• Manages documentation change control, systems and applications related to process documentation.
• Creates and maintains maps of highly complex business processes including operational flow, control points, cross-functional interactions, compliance and requirements components, process training documentation, and system interfaces.
• Creates and maintains operational procedure work instructions and visual aids.
• Ensures operational procedure documents and document control meets compliance standards.
• Assist with the completion of periodic audits of processes to measure effectiveness and compliance; initiates and tracks corrective measures in case of observed negative trends
• Other duties as required and assigned.

Applicant's profile

• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in process or operations and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and industry standards used in supply chain and/or warehousing
• Command knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
• English writing and speaking
