Job description

- Support of the management in operational and strategic tasks
- Obtaining business insights, researching market trends and synthesizing information
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines
- Defining project communication, creating and updating project plans, weekly update reports, Steering Reports, etc
- Implementation of individual projects
- Prepare, reconcile, and track reports
- Support cross-functional projects
- Creation of presentations, statistics and action plans
- Document management – preparation, handling
- Creation of analyzes and decision templates

Applicant's profile

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or in an equivalent discipline
- Experience in business analytics, business administration, controlling, and/or marketing, preferably in the logistics industry
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Fluent in English, other European languages are considered a plus (e. g. Dutch, Danish, German, Polish or Swedish)
- Self-motivated and detail oriented and very good ability to deal with data and figures
