Job description

Managing and implementing the total settlement of quality checks on logistics and production processes, for the follow-up of quality complaints from customers and complaints to suppliers. Ensure both internal and external quality assurance according to established procedures and legal guidelines. Responsible for the management of the (ISO) quality management system and organization and follow-up of related tasks.

Promoting and monitoring the operational policy as drawn up by the site manager.
Projects: Participation in and the realization of projects, in accordance with the budgeted time and costs.

Guaranteeing and optimizing the quality within the entire process.

Realization of quality objectives as agreed with the customer and recorded in the Service Level Agreement. The quality objectives have been made quantitative and measurable by means of KPIs that have been agreed with the Site Manager in accordance with the (certified) quality system.

Realization of environmental objectives in response to the STC policy and/or if agreed with the customer and recorded in the Service Level Agreement. The environmental objectives have been made quantitative and measurable by means of KPIs that have been agreed with the Operations Manager/Site Manager in accordance with the (certified) Environmental Management System.

Ensure optimal operational progress and performance with regard to KPIs in accordance with Service Level Agreement or contractual obligations with the customer. Preparing reports and advising management.

Applicant's profile

Job requirements
• Completed relevant education at Bachelor level
• Additional training in the field of quality, environment, safety and Health
• Knowledge of logistics and production business processes

Specific job characteristics and skills
• Command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing and the German language in word.
• Accuracy and sense of system for processing and collecting the data required for the preparation of reports.
• Analytical ability to interpret reports and advise management.
