Job description

We are seeking a driven Regional Business Development Manager to formulate and execute business development strategy for 4th party logistics services. He/She will report directly to the Business Development, - Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop following activities for Geodis SCO division, in compliance with Regional and Central guidelines:
* Defining and executing a 4PL business development plan for the Asia Pacific market.
* Represent the Asia Pacific region in global SCO opportunities
* Be the key user for the CRM in the region
* Secure new and profitable accounts and r and grow business with existing customers
* Introduce GEODIS SCO and explore business opportunities with new customers.
* Act as GEODIS SCO focal to collaborate with other Line of Business sales team or person.
* Work with business solution team, finance team, operations team and legal team to develop company overall solution and quotation to new customers.
* Work closely with global marketing lead to communicate and execute marketing plans to the Asia Pacific team and act as the regional focal for any marketing projects

Applicant's profile


*Experience (specify minimum periods):
• 5 to 8 years in Logistics & Supply Chain environment, with familiarity of 4th Party Logistics business model
• Must have more than 5 years working experience in new business development related areas
• Asia Pacific working experience preferred
• Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing methods
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Logistics or equivalent

• Good command of oral English and written English
• Ability to build strong and reliable relationship internally and externally
• Charismatic leadership to promote strategy offering to the market..
• Good presentation skills
