Regional Compliance Officer (m/w/d)

Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Supervision and management of compliance in the region EUROPE including the implementation and monitoring of group-wide compliance policies and processes
• Implementation and further development of the “Know your Business Partner”-policy
• Independent execution of Compliance Due Diligence of clients and suppliers
• Consultation of departments and management on compliance issues within the region
• Conception, organisation, and implementation of internal Compliance trainings
• Assists in the preparation for negotiations of contracts with clients and suppliers

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Completed studies in law or comparable a related field of studies
• First relevant experience in the field of Compliance (anti-corruption, data protection and possibly competition law) and good knowledge in the field of general commercial law desirable
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international work environment
