Job description

Regional Head Office (RHO):
• As part of the APAC Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Program and sales performance management, to support the Director Sales Performance & Enablement APAC in developing the CRM data quality scorecard; develop and implement CRM related reporting for senior management as needed
• Drive CRM data integrity, monitor user adoption (countries) and facilitate alignment and adoption conversations with countries with support of the sales program specialist
• Support sales community in creating an optimal process of entering sales opportunities without inflating the pipeline (data hierarchy)
• Analyze in-depth activities and pipeline information entered and identify key reasons for lack of data integrity (stage movement, ageing, timely input and update etc)
• Work with the Director Sales Performance & Enablement to propose system feature change requests to improve user experience and help sales teams increase selling time
• Work with the Director Sales Performance & Enablement to propose sales performance tracking (dashboards, data visibility) change requests to facilitate improved sales performance review conversations for country sales leaders
• Drive sales behavior change toward CRM by advocating SFDC being work diary for sales reps
• Proactive in proposing system enhancement and change to improve user experience due to countries feedback as well as through the sales program specialist
• Train users to use SFDC and create guidelines/quick references for users. Recommend improved training material to global or create for APAC
• Create and manage a FAQ for NSU, communicate the updates through an effective channel
• Provide Marketing/BI data team with CRM details needed in order to optimize S&M data engine; ensure close collaboration to maintain S&M department's credibility in data management for APAC
• Possible support provided to IT to drive business requirements related to CRM
• Continuous review/analysis of data migration & synchronization done by global office and drive alignment discussion together with the Director Sales Performance APAC

Country Sales Teams
• Sales and administrative support – data analysis and preparation of reporting, incl. validation of data sources
• Conduct / facilitate the post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the initiatives and/or projects and are in line with global/regional guidelines

Vendor management

Sales Project Management
• Identify and develop opportunities for improvements to existing sales processes and ensuring appropriate business processes are in place internally to support country deployment and implementation of activities.
• Review/develop, compile and provide consolidated reports of agreed Sales Key Performance Indicators, drawing data from the various sales tools and applications i.e. SFDC, NG and QlikSense/FinSense to obtain the relevant data extracts

Applicant's profile

• Degree in Business or similar business related area
• Additional project management qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in Sales Support or Sales & Marketing Operations
• Experience in working with different cultures
• Advanced Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; IT Savvy
• Expert usage of CRM Tool (Preferred SFDC); Power BI is a good plus; likes working with big and complex data
• Change management
• Strong analytical, development and problem solving skills.
• Keen eye for details and high level of resilience when working with complex and unstructured data
• Willing to travel as required; willing to relocate if required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Servant leadership mindset, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Willing to take calculated risks when making decisions (fail fast!)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good at selling new ideas, gaining enthusiasm & generating action from people.
• Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other Asian language an advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively in a consultant/advisory role
• Strong understanding of Commercial, Country and Geodis processes and Systems
