Regional QESH Manager (m/f/x)

Job description

- Maintain, update and improve the current regional integrated management system of the GEODIS NECE Region to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Support the regional functional Board members in their preparation of their yearly process reviews
- Manage the regional internal audit program and the regional iso audit program
- Maintain, update and improve the yearly People Safety roadmap and the yearly environmental roadmap
- Manage region-wide projects to improve people safety and environmental performance
- Monitor the QESH performance at regional and country level through the regional QESH dashboard
- Ensure proper investigations are undertaken in case of occupational accidents

Applicant's profile

- Completed studies or apprenticeship in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience at country or international level in the above-described tasks, preferably in the logistics industry
- Experience in implementing and managing the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, any other standards like ISO 22000 and 50001 are considered a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills on the field and with Management, in German and English, any other European languages are considered as a plus
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Good command of the MS Office Suite
