Job description

Responsible for providing second level support to business users, relating to deployed IT
infrastructure in Belgrade office mainly.
• Understand local IT infrastructure and the contracts in place with external providers
• Understand and measure expected service levels, define related KPIs
• Propose improvement both in terms of technical innovation and service operations efficiency
• Manage user issues either directly or involving external provider
• Monitor network and laptops performance, properly address required actions
• Ensure proper documentation is available reflecting latest level of infrastructure used
• Track HW and SW costs collaborating with providers and internal finance
• Analyse market for potential service cost/quality improvement
• Conduct periodical surveys to evaluate and maintain end user satisfaction
• Define, plan and conduct with involved parties, periodical DRP tests to ensure IT infra
stability
• Contribute to implement weekly report and knowledge database
• Collaborate with business functions (Key Users, Project Managers) and other IT teams (L3
Support, Delivery Centers)
• Provides training to other team members and solution users and transfers knowledge through
material, training and mentoring
• Communicating with SAGA when required to fulfil the tasks
• Reporting any deviations following the agreed process
• Support internal/external parties/departments/institutions with relevant documentation for
related audits and business control upon request
