Job description
Build and run solutions in Geobus, Geodis B2B suite (consisting of tools like IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM WebSphere Transformation eXtender (WTX) etc), with the objective to ensure effective handling of transaction volumes. Build mode includes definition of scope and needs, solution design, mapping of flows, configuration of Geobus tools and implementation. Run mode includes monitoring of flows, error handling and support towards internal and external customers.
Applicant's profile
• Participate in defining scope and needs in specific projects/activities and apply appropriate solution
• Configurate communication protocols and security settings (ftp, sftp, AS2 etc) in Sterling B2B Integrator (part of Geobus tool box)
• Perform orchestration of flows including mapping and routing of messages in BPM using and IBM WebSphere Transformation eXtender (part of Geobus tool box)
• Configurate and manage EDI partners and EDI flows in TPM (part of Geobus tool box)
• Implement developed solutions by following defined processes for validation, UAT and production deployment
• Monitor flows using GEST (part of Geobus tool box) and take action to resolve technical and functional errors when they occur
• Review tickets received in Service Now and independently identify appropriate action to support the requester
• Support implementation of policies, processes and procedures related to Geobus
• Support regional resources in the use of Geobus tools
• Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management and customers as per outlined procedures
