-Personaleinsatzplanung und Steuerung des Teams im 1-3 Schichtbetrieben
-Anwendung des IT-gestützten Lagerverwaltungssystems
-Sicherstellung der pünktlichen Auftragsbearbeitung
-Einhaltung der operativen Umsetzung laut Kundenvorgabe
-Mitwirken an Prozessoptimierung
-Einhaltung der Prozessanweisungen / SOP / 5S
-Einhaltung Arbeitssicherheit
-Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Applicant's profile

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
-Erfahrung in der Führung
-Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst und Wochenendarbeit
-Hohe Flexibilität
-Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
-Berechtigung zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen sowie Führerschein Klasse B
-Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
-Gute IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office-Paket)
