Job description

• Tender pricing & tender management air freight local/national
• Close cooperation with the Regional/Global Tender/Pricing Management
• Processing of network requests for tender (RFQ's) that are not mapped via the TM
• Purchasing and negotiation of ad hoc rate agreements with airlines / GSAS for the respective tenders, taking into account the respective products
• Advice for sales colleagues, stations and network colleagues on questions of loading options / requirements / routings / strategies / concepts and options
• Maintenance of various statistical tools
• Close cooperation with sales colleagues and possibly with the sites

Applicant's profile

• Several years of forwarding experience
• Very good spoken and written English
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Knowledge of common bidding platforms such as Transporeon / Ti-Contract
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working, ability to work in a team
