Finance & Procurement Corp Applications RUN Manager H/F

Description de la mission


Under the responsibility of the support manager, you will be in charge of the operational management of RUN Procurement Applications team and activities :
- Incident management L2 and L3
- Request management
- Create and update Work Instructions
- Escalation management
- Backlog review with the business
- Proxy collaboration with Application Owners and Build Teams as per GIS optimization plan and existing governance

Key activities as a Team Lead on Procurement support:

Monitoring
- Reporting & analysis of KPIs (OLAs acknowledgment & resolution)
- Reporting & analysis of incident typologies
- Propose and set-up an efficient organization adapted to his scope of duty

Process & Security
- Update and completion of SOP (specifications of a process), WI (work instruction), and Knowledge Base (within ServiceNow)
- P1 incidents:
o send communications (progress and PIR)
o organization and monitoring of the crisis units with all the actors concerned
- Coordination with the Build teams: participation in the planning, verification and realization of deliveries in production
- Coordination of application actions and infrastructures with ISSC

Continuous improvement :
- Develop strong relationship with Finance Support domain stakeholders (Application owners, End-users, IT teams, Business teams, etc.)
- Proactive proposals to Application Owners to reduce incidents and problems (ITIL)
- Coordination of end-user training
- Reporting and analysis of "I have not found" requests
- Reporting and analysis of refusals and complaints
- Update and completion of the catalog of requests
- User Acceptance Tests (UAT) of the evolutions of the catalog of requests

IT Run & Support Level 2 & 3
- Ticketing management in ServiceNow platform
- Priority & Risk evaluation
- Technical & functional analysis

Profil du candidat


Master Degree's (BAC+5) in IT with minimum 5 years experienecs in IT support.
Strong IT support background with many years of experience in IT, preferably in similar functions
Good knowledge of IT technology
Existing knowledge on BASWARE and COUPA would be appreciated
ITIL certification is a plus
