Description de la mission
The mission in a few bullet points:
· Lead IT solution design and quotation for new business opportunities.
· Collaborate globally with Business Development and Transformation team timely providing IT advise, solutions and quotations.
· Collaborate with Transformation to set Customer Implementation expectations clarity and priorities, and participating to Transformation governance.
· Participate to Solution Design workshops with business & IT implementation team to drive clarity of customer needs and prevent re-do during solution Implementation.
· Drive customer experience improvements and through the design of tailored solutions fully covering customer needs.
· Drive solution design to automate/improve/control SCO Business organization process and activities to deliver customer promise.
· Participate to the Roadmap definition in collaboration with the Digital Factory, the Transformation, and other Business departments.
· Contribute to documentation and communication of the Services Roadmap as required

The IT Customer solution department has 2 main missions:
1) Understand needs
- Understand how our customers work and what they want/need
- Identify their needs and possible levers for improvement
- Offer them our solutions and of course implement them
2) Meet customers expectations
- Technologies evolve, we follow them and offer them to our customers
-Customers & their businesses are evolving too… and we accompany them through the implementation of changes
- Always searching and finding the best solutions
To achieve this, we have 2 (amazing) teams:
1) The Design team :
They are bit like architects. According to the needs of our customers, they will propose a design of solutions by showing how they will be interfaced and by explaining their functionalities.
2) The Implementation team :
They are it like constructors. Based on the design, they will configure the tools offered to the customers in order to make sure that they perfectly meet their expectations.

Profil du candidat
Experience:
· 5-10 Years in Logistics industry.
Know-how:
· Expertise in at least TMS / OMS IT solutions.
· Good knowledge and understanding of API/EDI communication.
Know-how to be:
· Good collaboration mindset and integration in a multicultural environment.
· Good verbal/oral communication and presentation as the role requires direct relationship with customer during RFQ and design phase.
It's a plus :
· Experienced in designing IT Supply Chain solution for customer
