Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages independent BPO Product or Function.
- Supervise the development and growth of the Air Freight (Export/ Import) team.
- Oversee export/import department functions and recommend process improvements.
- Provide leadership, direction and ensure that Operations service commitments are met.
- Ensure that a common set of standard business processes, technology enhancements, and delivery of value base operations services.
- Manages relationships with operations country management to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
- Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability with the service delivery scope.
- Partner with global process owners, operations country management to identify and deliver improvements to outsourced projects.
- Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environments.
- Provide leadership and talent management processes to direct and indirect reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Applicant's profile

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of working experiences with experience at least 3 years of experiences in managing a team with 5 or more than members.
- An experience in international freight forwarding industry is a must.
- Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
- Good Command in English.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Be able to work in shifts and flexible hours.
