Regional Tender & Implementation Working Student (m/f/x)

Job description

• Supports the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project
• Maintains project documents (action tracker, status update reports, etc.)
• Attends internal meetings including preparation and follow-up
• Performs different analysis related to volume data and providing analytical support for pricing
• Supports in the implementation of a project management tool
• Optimizes the solution at every stage of the process
• Identifies and implements continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases
• Helps during training on tender & implementation matters to countries
• Supports during the development of automated tender pricing tool

Applicant's profile

• Currently studies logistics / business administration or an equivalent discipline
• First knowledge of Supply Chain Management is beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical thinking incl. the ability to collect and analyse relevant information
• Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
• Open mindedness to work in and with an international team
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
