Job description

HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Coordinators help to implement the HSE plan (personnel, equipment, working conditions). They coordinate the implementation of HSE-related actions and rules within their scope while maintaining the HSE system. Their role is to ensure that steps are taken to reduce work-related accidents and illnesses, in compliance with current regulations.

Applicant's profile

Coordination of HSE related activities
Support and coordinate the implementation of the Health and Safety policy in accordance with the regulatory context and the guidelines set by the BU, Regional and LoB management
Alert management and report risks (duty to warn, etc.)
Identify and analyze the causes of accidents and occupational illnesses and contribute to the definition of action plans
Contribute to the development of safety policies, procedures and training modules, and assist in the development and implementation of measures and strategies to prevent occupational risks
Revise and maintain HSE procedures for the management of site safety activities in accordance with Group standards and applicable legislation
Prepare for and participate in internal audits and inspections
Reporting and analysis
Maintain HSE databases, run HSE KPIs and reports
Compile statistics using all available data to prevent future incidents
Ensure that accidents, incidents and relevant events are reported accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and share relevant lessons learned and best practices
Advice and guidance
Act as a point of contact for all HSE issues
Provide HSE training to employees on topics such as risk management, incident investigation and safe working practices.
Prepare reports on the causes of accidents and recommend solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Raise awareness of safety culture and health, safety and environmental issues to involve employees in preventing work-related accidents and improving working conditions
Monitor current laws and regulations and apply them to site practices
