Job description
• Ensure all deliverables strictly comply with corporate identity and brand guidelines, safeguarding global brand consistency.
• Design and produce marketing and communication materials for internal and external use, with strong attention to visual quality and brand alignment.
• Develop executive-level presentations using PowerPoint, including clear structure, visual storytelling, and content refinement.
• Retouch, adapt, and localize visual assets across formats and touchpoints while maintaining brand accuracy.
• Prepare artwork files for print production, ensuring correct formats, specifications, and production readiness.
• Support video and motion content production for marketing and communication purposes.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear and effective visual solutions.
• Support global and regional teams on design requests in a collaborative and responsive manner.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
Applicant's profile
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related visual design field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communication design, covering presentations, brochures, digital assets, events, websites, print materials, and multimedia content.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, with proven experience creating structured, polished presentations for business or executive audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid skills in visual retouching and image adaptation, with high attention to detail and brand accuracy.
• Practical experience in video or motion content production for marketing or communication use.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and relevant video editing software.
• Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to work within corporate identity guidelines.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in macOS environments and adapting to standard design system setups.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experiences in an international work environment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and diligent, with a habit of reviewing work thoroughly before delivery.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
