This position is open from working any GEODIS location located in EUROPE. The preference would be Frankfurt, Germany.
Job description
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Maintaining, updating and improving the current regional integrated management system of GEODIS EUROPE to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards,
• Ensuring compliance with the ISO 50001 and ISO 22000 standards in collaboration with the related countries or regional experts,
• Managing end-to-end the Regional ISO Certification process,
• Supporting the Regional Functional Board members in their preparation of yearly process reviews,
• Managing the Regional Internal Audit and ISO Audit Programs,
• Ensuring the PDCA principles are truly applied and followed throughout the EUROPE Region,
• Monitoring the QESH performance at regional and country level through the regional QESH dashboard,
• Ensuring that the regional certifications boost the overall sustainability performance of the EUROPE Region,
Applicant's profile
You bring along:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience at country or international level in the above-described tasks, preferably in the logistics industry,
• Be certified and have extensive experience in the implementation and management of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. Other standards such as ISO 22000 and 50001 are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of the MS Office and/or BO-like tools,
• Fluent in English, another European language such as German, French, etc. is a plus,
• Strong communication skills in the field as well as with senior management,
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills, as well as being customer oriented and team player.
