- Communication with existing and potential clients of the company
- Selection of subcontractors
- Negotiating shipping rates and terms of cooperation
- Verification of invoices and shipping documents from subcontractors
- Supervision of complaints and claims settlement
- Entering orders into the shipping book and computer system
