Job description

1. Coordinate and monitor daily operation in logistics warehouse using WMS & customer's system.
2. Maintain SOP & KPI service level to uphold customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare daily reports with operation data for analysis on further business development.
4. Handle I/E shipping documents and drive optimum solution to customer if required.

Applicant's profile

- F5 standard or above.
- 2 year of relevant experience in logistics / warehousing.
- Experience in warehouse operation and operation development is preferable.
- can read & write English & fluent Cantonese
- Communicate with supplier and inter-department both in English and Putonghua.
- Good customer service with internal and external parties will be a merit.
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel is preferable.
