Business analytics & Data Performance manager H/F

Description de la mission

Provide Business analytics for HQ, Lobs and regions
Every day, look at campaign performances (Linkedin, Google Ads, Rollworks...emails) and create precise analysis dashboards in Power BI
Challenge lead gen campaign agencies (AWE, Evolutiv for SEA...) to have higher performances, on improvements
Provide dashboard to performance manager and liaise with him for Kpis alignment
Provide ad hoc analysis for website pages or marketing campaigns for some regions
Is owner of the Performance dashboards for campaigns, check regularly that data is clean
Responsible for Clean Data / Data collection / Improvement of results
Run training on UTM implementation by markets and LoB
Coordinate projects regarding improvement of analytics, data collection and lead generation for marketing campaigns :
ex : project to set up One Trust and GTM in Pardot templates, coordinate with US team, so that the templates are well tagged and provide right data
ex : lead 2nd wave campaign/to adjust existing campaigns (ex : 2nd wave of Online Marketplace) when a campaign does not perfom well
Manage projects with CRM team to set up tools to improve data collection
ex : set up Funnel tool
Advisory for Data privacy / Tracking
Is consulted by the webmaster and the PMO for each new project or website or page in Website / Pardot including :
-data exchanges (Data privacy / Cookies management)
-tracking end to end (from Linkedin, GA4, AT INTERNET)
Coordination, Analysis & reporting :
Regularly present analysis / dashboard stats to N+1 and regional managers (monthly campaigns presentation)

Profil du candidat

Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Digital/Marketing
5 years of work experience in an international environment with digital campaigning and CRM
Mastering SALES FORCE and PARDOT tools
Mastering analytic tools (GA4, AT INTERNET)
Mastering Data visualization & Dashboard creation (Power BI, GA)
Mastering Data privacy requirements (cookies policy) in Digital
Coordination skills with different teams (CRM, technical website agency…)to implement technical improvements for Data
B2B campaign experience , industry knowledge/experience favorable
Comfortable to work in matrix environnement with HQ/Business/Regions
Multitasking compatible
Mastering English and French effortlessly
Nice to have expertise : SEO expertise / coordination skill
Content/Business side :
determine the business prios for GEODIS Global/Local + coordinate with countries' needs
create list of strategic keywords
coordinate/drive SEO agency to have actions to do implement / Prioritize the actions and impulse the projects
coordinate GEODIS marketing managers to create content
check SEO performance regularly (with Jellyfish, on Crawl) and bring analysis to top management
suggest improvements and implement them with the 3rd parties

Technical side:
check regularly the on Crawl report (404, duplication...)
coordinate with Parker&Parker & SEO agency to correct
