Description de la mission

Implement the business excellence strategy defined by the group, in line with the LOB / REGION and Support functions, to ensure a Continuous Performance Improvement, respecting the theme of the 7 Golden Rules of GEODIS

Key responsibilities:
• Define relevant data, develop, maintain and implement the selected KPI's
• Assemble information / documentation that support the needed definition for each monitored KPI, working closely to the LOBs / Regions and Support Functions
• Monitor KPIs, ensure that the data collection is periodically well implemented by local teams
• Set up tools / methods to ensure a good level of data quality
• Analyze the efficiency and productivity of activities through the appropriate KPIs and monitor action plan of his/her respective perimeter
• Alert in case of observed deviance vs objectives
• Remain up to date on current product and technical knowledge updated trends, best practices, regulations related to the operating market
• Help to define strong framework and methodologies, to facilitate the development of blue prints
