Job description

• Act as the customer operation lead to develop, implement and manage the company's strategy, establish and grow customer operation team to achieve operation excellence and customer development under multi-client business mode.

• Act as main coordinator for customer requirement collection and rope in relevant function members from business to ensure that full requirement are captured. Analyse new requirements from requesters to where possible, conceptualize innovative solutions to those requirements.

• Creation and enhancing of operational process and scope of work with good understanding of existing flows, solutions and system to determine if the customer's request can be met or area to explore resolution.

• Lead implementation of solutions to customer requirement and continuously explore initiatives supporting business process capability improvement. Track and monitor full and consistent implementation.

• Conduct regular customer review meeting for service performance review, identify/collect emerging trend of customer's requirement, provide deep insights to optimize customer experience and facilitate future business planning.

Applicant's profile

• University Degree, specialization in Business Management, International Trade, Logistic or Supply Chain
• Master Degree is preferred
• Fluent, management business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin, other country local language is a plus.
