Controlling deputy Group Business Process Owner ERP S4HANA project H/F

Description de la mission

The Controlling deputy Group Business Process Owner will reinforce the Controlling team at Group level. He will support them especially on detailed design activities, business preparation activities, communication and adhesion to Core Model principles, change management activities.


As controlling is a transversal process, he will work closely with the other GBPOs (R2R, O2C/TRY, S2P/R2P) to secure performance management principles are well implemented in

all processes. He will be in charge of interdependencies management with other GEODIS stakeholders as FIT project may has impact on other applications or ongoing project in particular:

- master data management with the support of Global Data Domain Owners

- Management Accounting Blueprint (MAB) and ORACLE EPM with the support of EPM product owner

The Controlling Deputy Business Process Lead should develop in GEODIS his network to get information on coming projects that may impact FIT.


In a nutshell, the controlling deputy Group Business Process Lead will:


• Animate a community of local process owners

- Design GEODIS core model in line with local process owners' requirements and based on subject matter experts (SMEs) insights and aligned with Group Controlling guiding principles

- Identify and document topics to be arbitrated in Design Authority

- Promote and explain core model processes

- Gather gaps with current processes and any change impacts

- Identify any local requirements (driven by regulation or tax)

- Help local teams through Lines of Businesses (LoBs) & Regions Project Managers (LRPM) in their Business preparation (prior deployment)


• Ensure Core Model principles are well expressed to the integrator, proposed solutions are compliant with GEODIS requirements, and are well documented (Business Process Documentation)


• Participate to business and solution detailed design activities with the support of FIT integrator partner, Group Controlling Team, Group Data Domain Owners, and Lines of Businesses (LoBs) & Regions Project Managers


• Provide Business guidance in the execution of Data Migration strategy activities in coordination with Data migration lead, Deploy lead and Local team


• Assist in the Change Management activities:

• Act as an Ambassador of the overall Finance & Procurement Core Model pushing best practices, standard processes, and ensuring core model principles are well understood from GEODIS Finance & Procurement community

• Guarantee finance upskilling: change impact documentation, training support, training facilitation, and any other events where the Core Model principles have to be explained (i.e. Kick-off, Town Hall, …)


• Participate to deployment activities of the Core Model in LoBs / Regions: fit-gaps phase, arbitration, core model maintenance and monitoring of any core model enhancements, etc…
