Description de la mission


The FIT Deploy PM is a direct report of the Deploy Lead that is responsible for leading the deployment to a successful completion.

The FIT Deploy PM will have to monitor and steer the correct execution of the roll out plan throughout the entire deployment phase and especially will take the lead on 3 major activities of the Deploy team:

- Organize and monitor the Business readiness of the entities: Prepare and adapt the processes in relationship with the FIT GBPO in order to prepare the Key Users and final users to the end to end target process. Collect the data with the FIT Data Migration Lead and make gap analysis for evaluation of Business Readiness. Rely on existing capacity to identify non core usage of the tools/processes in place and evaluate the change to come with the FIT Change team. Perform Risk Analysis and anticipate risks to mitigate with proposed mitigation actions.

- Prepare detailed deployment plan: In coordination with other streams and LRPM to mobilize the right stakeholders in a timely fashion. With the support of the integrator, the stream Leads and the Change Lead coordinate the preparation of the move to Run. Monitor the elaboration of a complete roll out kit including planning and key milestones, Fit Gap Template, data collection, Check list on pre requisites, training supports, … Follow the governance attached to each waves validated and prepare the dashboards to evaluate the readiness to be rolled out of any entities part of the waves.

- Prepare the industrialization of the roll out for next waves after pilot: The FIT Deploy PM will be in charge of defining the standard of industrialization of the roll out plan based on the guidance provided by the Project management, the integrator and Deploy Lead. He will be responsible with the support of the integrator and the other streams of the coordination of this plan and will ensure that the industrial deployment methodology is respected. He will work actively with the FIT Change team to prepare users to this roll out and with the FIT Data Migration team to anticipate as much as possible the readiness and the cleansing of the data in a industrialized way.

The FIT Deploy PM will have in addition to report on progress of Deploy Phase and ensure constant update of the roll out plan in coordination with LRPM. He will be responsible for raising alerts and risks in advance to enable proper mitigation. He will have to participate actively in Change Management activities in collaboration with the Change Management team.

This list of missions could evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization of the project phase.

Profil du candidat

You have a master's degree (BAC+5) from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school or equivalent:

You have a 10-year minimum experience on similar projects

You have already successfully contributed to major transformation project similar in size, complexity and strategic importance and preferably a finance transformation in international context and with a strong IT & transformation component.

You come with convictions on the best practices, methodology and accelerators to guarantee the success of those project activities,

You can operate within a multidisciplinary team and are able to collaborate with various stakeholders: business, IT, operations, Sales, HR etc., internal and external.

You demonstrate an appetite for IT subjects, and have experience in implementing ERP Core Finance systems (SAP, Coupa, …)

You are fluent in both French and English?
You are proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word)?
