Job description

- Technical management of the operational team
. Preparation of customs declarations in the ATLAS system, import and export side
· Classification of goods in the electronic customs tariff
. Continuous training in order to be able to implement the constant changes in customs law in the company
· Preparation of intrasite declarations and statistics
· Processing of export control regulations in compliance with foreign trade regulations
· Assessment and processing of customs transactions according to customs law and foreign trade law principles
· Permanent adaptation and improvement of customs-relevant processes
· Analysis and processing of preferential requirements
· Conducting statistics and reporting
. Coordination with the areas of finance and quality management as well as the technical risk assessments, pricing
· Authorities and customer contacts – advice on all customs issues
· Regularly check the health of employees through simple questions in meetings

Applicant's profile

- Good self-management, assertiveness and confidence in dealing with customers and colleagues, cooperative working style
• Sound knowledge of customs law, customs regulations in international freight transport and preferential law
• Confident English, French advantageous
• Commercial vocational training, preferably forwarding and logistics
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of customs / foreign trade
