Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Implementing cash collection and disbursement solutions as per the Group Policy and the regional needs,
• Managing cash flow, short and long term excess / needs, make cash projections for budget and forecast,
• Analyzing differences between actual and estimates the indebtedness situation of the scope, the financial charges,
• Analyzing financial risks of the scope (interest rates, foreign exchange, etc.) and requesting hedging as per group policy,
• Performing reports and analysis about the cash flow, forecast & actual,
• Providing support on treasury and financing to his/her scope and responding to treasury-related queries,
• Identifying risky areas in treasury / financing of his/her scope and providing recommendations,
• Managing receivables overdue and collections from customers as well as the credit limit approval process and the credit insurance set-up,
• Animating the group factoring program in the EUROPE Region
• Managing the EUROPE Region countries in order to reduce the DSO and increase the DPO,
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts (Performance FCF),
• Animating the countries in EUROPE Region to reduce the DSO and optimize the DPO,
• Following the corporate and bank guarantees issued by the Group on behalf of the Region's affiliates, as well as the ones issued by the region's affiliates - including all given guarantees such as customs, clients, suppliers, operational, real estate, and guarantees received from clients (including deposits).
• Animating the outsourcing of Finance tasks to the Group BPO / GEO Finance in Thailand / India,
• Managing the relation between EUROPE and the AP Group BPO / GEO Finance in India,
• Supervising from planning to implementation and assure on-time completion of assigned projects,
• Preventing delays and make sure that deliverables are completed as per the schedule,
• Performing statistical summaries and reports related to the respective projects.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree from a Finance related field,
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience that in the above-mentioned tasks in a matrix organization,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
• Fluent in English, another European language such as French, German, etc. is a plus,
• Experience in the logistics industry (i.e. contract logistics / freight forwarding) is an advantage.
