Job description

Responsible for managing the facility activities of external suppliers. Ensuring continuity in the business processes related to facility matters.

• Coordinates the work carried out by external parties. Ensures targeted progress of work and compliance with standards and norms.
• Monitors and guarantees the quality of the work.
• Ensures an optimal working environment.
• Maintain contacts and follow up agreements with suppliers
• Providing reports and administrative handling regarding maintenance contracts / service and maintenance.
• Coordination of preventive/corrective maintenance in cooperation with the facility manager, the site manager and suppliers.
• Signals bottlenecks in work processes and is taking care of solving them independently as much as possible, in other cases makes proposals for more efficient working methods and methods to the manager.
• Work permit flow, support to the facility representative (support is required specifically for phase 1-2)
• Processing, maintaining, inventorying, distributing updates of the action trackers per location (up-to-date processing of correct data and dates, etc.)
• Is (together with facility representative) responsible for all keys (access).
• Support with technical extensions/changes/improvements.
• Managing (maintenance) contracts.
• Participates in projects.

Applicant's profile

• Completed education on vocational level in the direction of technology or facility management.
• Knowledge of facility management and technical activities.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector.
